2. What we provide

ManagEasily helps families record income, expenses, assets, businesses, agriculture and loans, review reports and manage access for family members. Family Plus and Family Pro are paid software-access plans. Payments collected through our payment providers are for access to this software.

The service is delivered online through your browser. Plan activation, cancellation and refunds are explained in our Refund Policy.

3. Website and content ownership

The ManagEasily name, website design, original content and software are owned by the service's operator, except for third-party materials used under their respective licences. Your family's records and content remain your family's, as explained in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4. Support and complaints

For a service issue, payment question or complaint, email [email protected] or use the support chat in the app. Include your account email, a description of the issue and, for payment queries, the receipt reference and payment date. Please do not send passwords, card PINs or full card details.

We review your complaint, request any additional information needed to investigate, and reply through the support channel you used with the outcome or next steps.
